NOMPUMELELO SIYAYA MNTAMBO
Managing Director
Nompumelelo Siyaya Mntambo is a qualified and well-experienced attorney at Siyaya Attorneys. Ms Siyaya holds an LLB Degree which she obtained from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2006.

Upon completion of her LLB Degree, she served her articles at Baijnath & Associates where she gained a wealth of experience in Debt Collection, Divorce, Labour Law, Magistrate’s and High court, Civil and Criminal Litigation, Third-party Claims, Wills and Estates, to mention but a few. Mrs Siyaya Mntambo further joined Sipho Shezi Attorneys as a Professional assistant.
Mrs Siyaya Mntambo was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in December 2008. In 2010, she opened up a practice under the name of Siyaya Attorneys and specializes in the firm’s third-party claims (Road Accident Fund Claims). She has been dealing and handling these said third party claims for the past thirteen years. Mrs Siyaya Mntambo also represents both corporate and individuals at the Arbitrations and Labour Court.

Mrs Siyaya Mntambo holds a Certificate of right of Appearance in the High Court.
NOKULONDA CHAGWE
Ms Chagwe is an admitted Attorney at Siyaya Attorneys. She completed her LLB Degree in 2016.
She joined Siyaya Attorneys in 2018 as a Candidate Attorney and ensures the regular delivery of progress reports to clients and manages the administration/legal files. Her attention to detail and keen intelligence contributes to the expertise of our team.

NQOBILE HLOPHE
Ms. Hlophe is a qualified and well experienced attorney at Siyaya Attorneys. She holds an LLB Degree which she obtained from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Ms Hlophe was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in August 2014.

In January 2024 Ms Hlophe joined Siyaya attorneys as a Professional Assistant.
Ms Hlophe has experience in magistrate and High Court practice and procedure.
She has vast experience in Third-Party claims, Labour law, divorce, civil and criminal litigation.
